Spring 2012 Class Schedule
Classes start Monday, April 2, 2012 and will continue
through Thursday, May 25, 2012. The session will be 8 weeks long.
MONDAY:
Codornices-- Children 4.5 to 6 years old. Beginning level. 3:30 to 4:30pm. At our school 110 Sol y Lomas Drive 87505.
Coyotes-- Beginning-intermediate children's class (ages 7 to 9). 3:30 to 4:30pm. At our school.
TUESDAY:
Alamos y Arbolitos--Classes for students of Dragonfly School. 1:00 to 2:00pm.
Oxidados--Adults beginner-intermediate class. 10 to 11am. At our school.
Conejitos Avanzados--Children of fluent Spanish speakers (ages 3 to 6). 3:30 to 4:30pm. *At Growing Up Montessori.
WEDNESDAY:
Lechucitas--2 to 4 year olds and a caregiver. Young children learn well with lots of play and plenty of snacks. Each class includes theme-based learning through play, a snack and a craft. Older siblings are welcome to join Growing Up Montessori's aftercare and younger siblings are welcome. We will have an aide on hand to help with coordinating multiple children, but no more than two children per family are conducive to learning. A $15 materials fee is charged per student per series of classes in addition to the tuition due to the extra materials needed. *At Growing Up Montessori.
Correcaminos--10 to 14 year olds. Intermediate. Students will participate in challenging projects to engage conversation and the use of vocabulary as well as grammatical elements of Spanish.
THURSDAY:
Hablantes--Classes for those who have mastered most of the verb tenses and grammar but who need practice speaking and remember when to use what. 10 to 11am.
Alamos y Arbolitos--Classes for students of Dragonfly School on the campus. 1:30 to 2:30pm.
